Crewless provides CRM and payment tools for service-based businesses.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payments processed through Crewless are for legitimate products or services. Crewless may not be used for illegal activity, fraudulent transactions, prohibited goods or services, or activity that violates the policies of our payment processors.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party providers such as Stripe. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable payment processor terms and policies.
Users are responsible for their own customers, invoices, estimates, services, refunds, taxes, and disputes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Crewless if an account is used in a way that violates these terms or creates risk for the platform, users, customers, or payment processors.
