Crewless provides CRM and payment tools for small service-based businesses, including solo service professionals, contractors, handymen, and other field service providers.
We may collect basic account information, contact details, customer/job information entered into the service, and transaction-related information needed to operate the platform.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Crewless does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.
We use information to provide the service, manage accounts, process payments, support users, prevent fraud, and improve the product.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate Crewless, process payments, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service.
